Corrections Policy
How to submit a correction
- From any listing, follow Report incorrect information to send a note through the contact form, or
- sign in and use Suggest an update to this listing to propose new values for the listing's fields, or
- use the contact form and name the listing and the page address.
What helps us verify it
The program's current name, street address, phone number and website; the page address of the listing; and, where possible, a link to the program's or its agency's own public page that shows the correct information. Tell us if a program has closed or moved.
What happens next
- Submissions go into a moderation queue and are reviewed by a person. Submitting a correction does not publish it immediately and does not guarantee publication.
- We may check the submission against the program's or agency's official public information before changing a listing.
- Corrections that cannot be verified may be held or declined. We do not reply individually to every submission.
- The directory does not control enrollment, eligibility or availability; corrections change what the listing says, not what a program offers.
Privacy-related requests
Email addresses supplied with comments, questions or corrections are not published. If a listing shows personal information that should not be public, or you want a comment you posted removed, say so through the contact form and identify the page; such requests are handled ahead of ordinary corrections. See also the Privacy Policy.
