Preschool Details: The CASE WV Summers County Head Start Program is a comprehensive child development program that helps young children from low income famiies get a better start in life. Because parents are the most important influence on a child's development, Head Start recognizes the necessity of involving parents in all phases of the program. The program is designed to help support the role of parents by providing the child and family with education, social services, health and nutritional services, and transportation to and from school.
