Preschool Details: Our Mission is to provide services and support to pregnant women and children birth to 3 years of age by providing education, resources, and opportunities that nurture children, empower parents, and strengthen families so they may become self-sufficient members of their community.
Eligible Requirements: Program Eligibility Criteria: Early Head Start is a federally funded, income based program; most families must meet Federal Poverty income guidelines; Must be a resident of Talbot County; Be an expectant parent or parenting a child under 3 years of age
