Preschool Details: The Agency’s Head Start Program is an early childhood development program dedicated to empowering families to become more self-reliant. OFB’s multiple rural Head Start Children’s Centers are licensed to provide day-care for children as well.
Eligible Requirements: Children between the ages of 3 and 4 whose family’s income falls within our income guidelines.
