The Philosophy of Aleene Logan and Louis A. Fickling Day Care Centers is based on an obligation to keep the child in childhood, founded on the belief that the children are the investment of our future. Children are the most important individuals of our programs. With this in mind, the curriculum guides must be adapted to meet the needs of each child’s learning style which includes children with disabilities as well as gifted and talented.
